Lying just above the prestigious Grand Cru Kirchberg de Barr terroir, Vincent Stoeffler’s Salzhof Lieu-Dit’s clay-limestone soil lends this delightful dry white wine its mineral and saline finish. Grown in a biodynamic, certified organic vineyard and then aged in old casks for additional textural dimension, this 2017 vintage has an intense mouth of dried fruits and slightly smoky notes.
