Wine producers and growers, we are a unique pool of 14 wineries located in Southern Ardche since 1967.
On our 6000-hectare vineyard, spread out over a mosaic of terroirs, a thousand families of winegrowers work the vineyard with passion, respecting Humanity and Nature.
Regional Information
This vineyard is situated on the southeast side of the southern part of Ardche. The Sauvignon vines are planted on drought resistant gentle slopes situated on ancient alluvial soils. The climate is typically Mediterranean

The grapes are harvested just before attaining full maturity, very early in the morning to conserve aromas and freshness. The wine is made according to traditional techniques at a low temperature (15C) to fully protect it from oxygen
