When Iâm too tired to cook, or have had a huge lunch, a couple of these with half a Capricorn soft goats cheese piled up on each, is a very happy-making light supper! And when I want a treat, whatever the time of day, a Leksand crispbread with Crème de St Agur spread thickly on top, is my first port of call.
