Tasting Notes
Aromatic white flower's on the nose dancing above white fruit notes including pear, peach, apricot, lychees, pineapple, passion fruit and papaya. These juicy fruits follow through crisply on the palate.

History
The Green Wines region was already officially demarcated since 1908. This recognition marked the birth of the identity of Vinho Verde as a product with its own personality. Amarante was always a major center of agricultural production, and wine production was not far behind: it was one of the first five sub-regions of the denomination of controlled origin with Monceo, Lima, Basto and Braga.

Regional Information
The vineyard uses certified sustainable practices certified by SATIVA. The vineyards, in the Amarante region, are located at 450m above sea level with mountainous viticulture and high density planting. The soils are composed essentially of granite with some schist bringing a special minerality to the wines.

Vinification Details
The grapes were de-stemmed and lightly pressed. The extracted juice is decanted by gravity and then fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control for 15 days. Before bottling the wine is previously filtered and stabilised.
