History
La Gioiosa is one of Italy's leading Prosecco producers. Based in Treviso, in the heart of 'Prosecco country', La Gioiosa has consistently won awards around the globe and its quality wines are enjoyed my many. The name pays tribute to the old definition of the province of Treviso, "Marca gioiosa et amorosa" (Joyous and Amorous March) underlining the sociable lifestyle and wine culture of its inhabitants.

The fruit for La Gioiosa Rose is sourced from vineyards located in the DOC area of Prosecco in Veneto, in North East Italy.

Vinification Details
The white grapes are softly pressed and kept at low temperatures to preserve fruit character and freshness. The red grapes macerate gently in tank to extract the pale rose colour. The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank.
