Ingredients
1kg Pork Rind
3 Tbsp La Baleine Coarse Sea Salt
1/4 Tsp Chilli Spice Blend
1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt
Method
Preheat the oven to 200c/gas mark 6. Lay the pork rind flat on a chopping board and score lightly with a sharp knife.
Rub the La Baleine coarse sea salt into the rind and leave for 20 minutes.
Place the pork rind onto a non-stick roasting tray and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning the tray and watching carefully to ensure the pork doesn't burn. When bubbling and crisp, remove from the oven.
Mix together the spices and seasoning and sprinkle lightly over the top. Break the crackling into bite sized pieces and serve.
