Preparation

Instructions:
Sort through and discard any damaged lentils, etc. Rinse and drain well. Cover with fresh water, bring to the boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.

Perfect for dals, soups and casseroles.

Warning: Do not eat raw. Please sort for stones & foreign matter before cooking.
