A specially selected blend of spices for deliciously succulent chicken

Preparation and Usage
Cooking instructions:
1. Cut chicken into pieces then dip both sides in whisked egg or milk.
2. Put the KTC peri peri chicken fry mix in a container. Then add the chicken pieces and mix together until all the chicken pieces are evenly coated.
3. Deep fry the chicken pieces for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking or oven bake on a lightly greased baking tray at 200C (392F) for 25 - 30 minutes, turning half way through cooking. Serve & enjoy.
