How to use Knorr Stock Pots: Adding directly to your dish, each versatile little pot will enrich gravies, pastas or even stir fries, smoothly melting to bring a full and rich taste. Alternatively, dissolving into 500ml of boiling water will make a delicious stock for soups, risottos or casseroles. For a lighter stock, use 750ml of water.
Recipes
Spanish Chicken
Ingredients:
3 tbsp oil
8 skinless chicken portions
50g chorizo sausage, diced
2 red peppers, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
175g long grain brown rice
1 Knorr Chicken Stock Pot
1 glass white wine
1 tbsp tomato pure
40g sundried tomatoes
2 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped
Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking
Time: 45-55 minutes Servings: 4
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken and chorizo until golden brown, drain on kitchen paper.
Fry the peppers and garlic in remaining oil. Stir in the rice, Knorr Chicken Stock Pot dissolved in 400ml boiling water, wine tomato pure and sundried tomatoes. Bring to the boil and place the chicken and chorizo on top with the herbs.
Cover and simmer very gently for 45-55 mins or until cooked through.
