Valerian may make you feel drowsy. If you are affected, do not drive or operate machines.The effects of Valerian may be increased by alcohol. Excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided. Duration of use: If symptoms worsen, or do not improve after 4 weeks, a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner should be consulted. Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children.
