The Premier Crus of Savigny-lès-Beaune are all aged in oak barrels for about 15 months, which is what gives this JJ Girard Les Lavieres 2015 red its hints of juniper and clove on the palate. Expect a sweet and pure taste with dominant notes of raspberry and blueberry, while a backbone of tannins indicates it will continue to develop.
