History
The Bichot Family started a relationship with the House of Jean Bouchard in 1926, going on to purchasing the House in 1955 and in the time that has followed their wines have gone from strength to strength.
Regional Information
This appellation, composed of 480 ha of vineyards, is located in the Mconnais region of southern Burgundy around Pouilly-Fuiss. The southern part of the appellation touches the Beaujolais. The vines flourish on steep, east-facing slopes primarily composed of limestone and limestone marls whose brown soil is shallow

Vinification Details
Traditional vinification at 20C in temperature-controlled tanks. The wine is aged on the lees and is stirred while it ages in oak barrels (25 to 30% new oak) for 12 to 14 months.
