Named after John 'Sitch' Sitchbury, the founder of the Jackson Estate, the character of this wine typically reflects its origin and season. It is distinctly aromatic and intensely flavoured, finishing with a refreshingly crisp acidity.
The nose dominates with complex florals, ripe white stone fruits and fresh zesty citrus, and the taste then follows through to the palate with the same fresh citrus and ripe white stone fruit flavours, including elderflower, melon and key lime notes. A perfectly balanced and crunchy acidity gives the wine lift, balance and poise.
