Holland & Barrett Super MultiMineral tablets feature a unique formulation of major and trace minerals for those individuals who may not receive enough through diet alone. This multimineral formula includes: Calcium - contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function. Chromium - helps to maintain normal blood glucose levels. Copper - contributes to the normal function of the immune system & normal iron transport in the body. Iodine - contributes to normal thyroid function and the production of thyroid hormones. Iron - contributes to the reduction of tiredness and to normal energy yielding metabolism. Magnesium - contributes to the maintenance of normal bones & teeth, and the reduction of tiredness & fatigue. Manganese - contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, supports bone health & contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue. Selenium - helps with the maintenance of normal hair & nails. Zinc - contributes to the normal function of a healthy immune system, and the maintenance of strong and healthy skin, hair and nails.

Directions:
