Acid (Citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Carbonate Anhydrous), Maltodextrin, Sweeteners (Sorbitol, Sucralose, Mannitol), Inulin, Ferrous Bisglycinate, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Anti-Caking Agent (Tricalcium Phosphate), Black Carrot Powder, Starch, Red Beet Juice Powder, Zinc Citrate, Blackcurrant Flavouring, Copper Gluconate, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin), Folic Acid (Pterolymonoglutamic Acid).

Directions:

Take one tablet daily, dissolved in 300ml of water. Do not exceed stated dose.
