Bulking Agents (Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Siberian Ginseng Extract, Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).

Directions:

Take one or two capsules as desired, three times a day, preferably with meals. As an infusion for tea, open one or two capsules into a cup, add boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Add sugar or honey to sweeten as desired. Do not exceed stated dose.
