Holland & Barrett Cod Liver Oil 200mg is selected from the finest deep sea, cold water fish. Pure cod liver oil rapid release capsules contain EPA and DHA which contribute to the normal function of the heart*. This product is scientifically formulated to concentrate the natural sources of Vitamins A & D *This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

Vitamins A & D both contribute to the normal function of the immune system, while Vitamin A alone contributes towards the maintenance of normal skin and Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bone and muscle function
