Made exclusively from Gamay grapes by one of the regions’ rising stars, Philippe Vermorel, Domaine de Rochemure employs the traditional process of carbonic maceration to produce a wine that is fruity and aromatic with soft tannins. Fruit driven in style, this vibrant deeply coloured wine has a deliciously scented nose suggestive of freshly picked summer berries with more lifted notes of cherry and spice on the palate.
