Follow our recommended recipe below: 1. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are softened and translucent. Increase heat to medium-high. 2. Add the chicken thighs and cook, stirring occasionally, until sealed on all sides. Add the Heinz Curry Passata and chopped red pepper. Stir to combine. 3. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is thickened. Stir in the cream and simmer for another 5min. 4.
