Health Spark Curcumin C3 Complex Capsules are a daily supplement containing a combination of Curcumin, Bioperine, Ginger, Tomato and Vitamin D. Curcumin is the active ingredient in Turmeric (a member of the Ginger family), the curcuminoids within being responsible for the vivid yellow colouring. Directions:
