Our flagship red wine is made in the Languedoc department of southern France, where it is produced for us by one of the region's finest wineries, Ollieux Romanis. The donkey, as pictured on the front label, goes by the name of Dede, and is a family pet as well as a long-standing part of the team at this impressive estate. The wine itself is produced from low yielding vineyards around the Corbieres appellation, and is an equally proportioned blend of Carignan, Grenache, Syrah and Merlot.
