Milk Thistle Tincture is the active properties of Silybum Marianum extracted into ethanol.

Milk thistle (silybum marianum) dried fruit (33.3%), Ethanol. content: 50% v/v. 333mg milk thistle dried fruit per 1ml serving (30 drops)

Directions:

Directions: 30 drops (1ml) twice daily. If you find the bitter tincture taste too strong, you may wish to dilute the drops in water or fruit juice. For those with a sensitive constitution to alcohol, evaporate it from the tincture by putting the drops in boiling water and leaving for 10 minutes to evaporate.
