Care & Use:
• To avoid handle damage and energy waste, always choose a heat source or flame size that does not go beyond the base of the pan
• For best results, always let the pan heat up gradually. Do not use a high heat setting
• Do not allow pan to boil dry. Remove from heat when empty
• Lift pan to move. May scratch surface if dragged
• To avoid shattering and damage to the lid, avoid knocks and bumps. Allow to cool before washing
