When it comes to cooking up those medium signature dishes, this tray does exactly what it says on the tin. Its heavy- duty, cooks food evenly and holds its shape – even at high temperatures. No need to leave it to soak, it includes a tough double-layer non-stick coating making cleaning a breeze, simply stick it in the dishwasher.

Care and use:
Before using this item for the first time, remove all

Packaging

including the black plastic hanging hook. Wash it in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Dishwasher safe. Remove as soon as the cycle ends and dry thoroughly before storing.
Only attach plastic cover when the tray is completely cool. Do not put the plastic cover into the oven.
To remove burnt-on food, leave to cool, then soak in warm soapy water. Wash using a nylon scouring pad if necessary.
Don’t use abrasive cleaners or metal scourers.

Grease lightly before each use, so food doesn’t stick.
Can be used with most metal kitchen utensils.
Oven safe to 240°C / 475°F / Gas Mark 9.
Leave to cool completely before washing or soaking. This will prevent warping.
Freezer safe.

Warning:
Do not use sharp edged utensils or knives as these may damage the non-stick coating.

Always use oven gloves when handling bakeware.

Do not use on direct heat sources such as on a hob or under a grill.
