Green Bay Wild Gourmet Fine Kelp is sustainably hand harvested.Green Bay's kelp is harvested from the clean, pristine South Pacific seas of New Zealand and is naturally dried before being milled into fine kelp flakes for easy consumption. Sprinkle this gourment condiment on fish, vegetables and eggs or stir into your favourite soups.


Preparation and Usage
Suggested Use:Add a modest pinch (0.05g daily, approximately 1/6 of a tsp) to flavour food or drink. Use as a salt substitute (in moderation) instead of salt in salad dressings. Sprinkle on fish, vegetables, beans or stir into tomato juice. Warning:Do not exceed 1 teaspoon per week due to risk of iodine overdose.Any person with thyroid disease should consult their doctor first.
