Preparation and Usage
Tacos require cooking before eating. Place the Taco Shells open end down on a baking tray and heat for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden brown.Tacos for all TastesChipotle Beef tacosBrown 500g mince with chopped onion and garlic. Season with Gran Luchito Smoky Chipotle Fajita & Taco Mix and cook for 10 minutes. Serve with shredded lettuce, grated cheese and Gran Luchito Chipotle Salsa.Smoky Pulled Pork tacosSlow cook chunks of pork shoulder for 2-3 hours with tinned tomatoes, sliced onion, garlic and a large dollop of Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste. Shred with a fork and serve with smashed avocado and Gran Luchito Sliced Cactus.Refried Beans & Veggie tacosFor a delicious and satisfying veggie option, fry strips of pepper and onion with a sprinkle of Gran Luchito Garlic & Guajillo Fajita & Taco Mix.Serve with warm Gran Luchito Chipotle Refried Beans and top with Gran Luchito Jalapeno & Pineapple and chopped coriander.Also works great with Fish, Vegetables or Steak.

Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Do Not Heat or Microwave Taco Shells in Packaging.; Microwave - From Ambient. Place Taco Shells open end down on a microwave dish. Microwaves can vary but it will take about a minute to heat 6 shells.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (it is still 180°C for fan assisted ovens), gas mark 4. Place the Taco Shells open end down on a baking tray and heat for 2-3 minutes.

Chipotle Chicken Crunchy TacosServes 2-3Also works great with fish, vegetables or steak2 Chicken Breasts3 tbsp Gran Luchito Chipotle Fajita & Taco Mix10 Gran Luchito Taco Shells3 tbsp Olive Oil4 tbsp Gran Luchito Smoky Chipotle SalsaHandful Fresh Coriander1 Lime1. Mix Taco Mix with 3 tbsp olive oil.2. Cut chicken breasts into small chunks and add to a bowl, mix well and leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes.3. Add the chicken chunks to a very hot pan and cook for a few minutes on each side. Remove from heat and leave to rest.4. Meanwhile, place Gran Luchito Hard Shell Tacos on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 2-3 minutes.5. Fill the taco shells with the chicken and top each shell with a spoonful of Gran Luchito Smoky Chipotle Salsa and a few coriander leaves. Serve with lime wedges.
