Hailing from Mosel in Germany, the Graach vineyards benefit from a southwesterly exposure that grants the soil a richer and more fertile profile. The 2021 vintage of Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Auslese is best sampled after several minutes in the glass to conjure the smokiness and refinement on the nose through a bouquet of pineapple, herbs, tangerine, blackberry and spices.
