Preparation and Usage
Just add vegetables and water for slow cooking.
Instructions
Oven cook - From Ambient. Gordon Says, \Don't worry if you don't have a slow cooker. Preheat your oven to 150C/gas mark 3. Simply follow the same preparation instructions, place in an oven proof casserole dish, cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours or until the vegetables are tender\

280g Celeriac, chopped
1 Large Onion, chopped
150g Potatoes, chopped
150g Leeks, chopped
250g Mushrooms, chopped
600ml Water
Gordon Recommends: Serving with crusty bread or a gluten free alternative.
Slow Cooking Instructions
1. Place the chopped vegetables in to your slow cooker pot.
2. Blend the Too Good to be Stew Sauce Mix with the water and add to the slow cooker pot, stir thoroughly.
3. Cover and cook for 4 hours on High or 8 hours on Low or until the vegetables are tender and cooked through (keep covered during cooking, cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).
4. Remove the lid and stand for 5 minutes before serving.
