Product life guaranteed for 2 weeks. Remove product from packaging and place into a large pan of water. Ensure water covers the meat by 5cm. Bring to boil and clear any protein then add 3 bay leaves 5 peppercorns and 1 clove of garlic (to taste), 1 large peeled onion and 3 large carrots, salt and white pepper to taste. Bring product back to boil and simmer until soft. You might need to add a little more water through the cooking process. It should take around 1.5/2hrs cooking time.
