With a tantalising blend of herbs and spices, it's the ideal way to add extra flavour to both BBQs and indoor cooking.This versatile marinade is made with paprika, garlic, ginger, chilli and a mouth-watering array of spices. Ideal for BBQs, grills and ovens alike, use as a marinade or rub for meat, fish, paneer, tofu or vegetables. Try Geeta's Top Tip and create colourful kebabs with cubes of paneer, red, yellow and green peppers and red onion and serve on basmati rice. Alternatively, use as a base for a delicious curry dish. Geeta's Zingy Tikka Spice Marinade is gluten free, has no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and is Vegan Society and Vegetarian Society approved.

Preparation and Usage
Creates a delicious North Indian dish from Punjab, which is simple and easy to prepare. Just follow my shopping list and recipe using your favourite meat, king prawn or paneer. Enjoy the aromatic delights of roasted coriander, cardamom and chilli, precisely ground in perfect measure for 4 tasty servings.Shopping List (serves 4):4 tbsp vegetable oil4 tbsp natural yoghurt*Juice of 1 lemon (optional)Plus, your choice of meat, fish, paneer, tofu, or vegetables*Or plant-based alternativeCooking Instructions:- Mix the marinade ingredients above with the contents of this pack in a bowl (mix only with oil when using as a rub)- Coat meat, fish, paneer, tofu or vegetables with the mixture and marinade for at least 10 minutes*- Turn the ingredients onto an ovenproof tray and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 ºC / 180 ºC Fan / Gas Mark 6, turning occasionally. Alternatively, cook under the grill or on the BBQ* For best results when using meat, cover and leave overnight in the fridgeTikka Marinade must be cooked before consumption.

Shopping List (Serves 4)4 chicken breasts, cut into goujons4 tbsp vegetable oil4 tbsp natural yoghurt1 lemonRed onion, cut into rings for garnishGeeta's Tip: For a tasty vegetarian option try making some delicious Panner Tikka.Cooking InstructionsExtract juice from half the lemon and cut remaining half into wedges.Stir spice mix into yoghurt with oil and lemon juice.Add chicken pieces and marinade for 2 hours or preferable overnight.Place on ovenproof tray and cover with excess marinade.Oven cook, grill or barbeque for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.Garnish with red onion rings and lemon wedges.
