Preparation and Usage
350g FREEE Choc chip cookie mix
4 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Oil
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C, Fan 180C, 400F, Gas 6.
2. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
3. Empty the cookie mix into a large mixing bowl.
4. Add the water and stir to make a lumpy mix.
5. Stir in the oil.
6. Divide the mixture into 12 balls of dough.
7. Space out the dough balls on the prepared baking tray.
8. Flatten the balls slightly with the palm of your hand.
9. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
Nutty Choc Chip Cookies
Pre-heat the oven to 200C, Fan 180C, 400F, Gas 6. Follow the Cookie recipe to step 7. Sprinkle some pine nuts over the balls of cookie dough, pressing them into the top of each cookie. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
Cherry Choc Chip Cookies
Pre-heat the oven to 200C, Fan 180C, 400F, Gas 6. Follow the Cookie recipe to step 5. Add 75g of chopped glac cherries and divide the dough into 15 balls, flatten slightly and bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
To bake Crunchier cookies
Simply increase the cooking time to 15 - 18 minutes.

25g pine nuts
Oil, for trays
1. Pre-heat the oven.
2. Rub some oil around the inside of two baking trays or insert a baking liner.
3. Empty the choc chip cookie mix into a large mixing bowl.
4. Add the water and stir to combine.
5. Stir in the oil.
6. Divide the mixture into 15 piles of dough and roll each into a ball.
7. Space out the dough balls on the prepared baking trays.
8. Sprinkle the pine nuts over the cookies and gently press them into the top of each cookie gently with the palm of your hand.
9. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Choc Chip Cookies
