Preparation and Usage
Forest Feast Berries & Cherries can be enjoyed as an authentic dried fruit snack or as an inspiring ingredient.Berries and Cherries in Red Wine (Serves 4)Boil 180mls red wine (or cranberry juice) with 2 tbsps caster sugar, 4 drops vanilla extract, juice of 1 large orange and 1/2 a lemon. After 5 mins, reduce temperature, add 170g Forest Feast Berries & Cherries, simmer for 10 mins. Remove from heat & rest for 15 mins. Serve warm over ice cream.

Recipes
Create Black Forest CookiesPreheat the oven to 190°C / 170°C fan and lightly oil 3 baking trays. Cream 110g butter, 75g caster sugar & 50g muscovado sugar together. Mix in 1 medium egg & 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Fold in 125g plain flour, 25g cocoa powder & 1 tsp baking powder. Add 100g of Berries & Cherries & 150g of chopped dark chocolate. Spoon onto trays and bake for 12-17 mins.
