Foo Lung Ching Kee is a Chinese/Thai producer of a wide range of food products, including flours and grains. Foo Lung Ching Kee's Glutinous Rice Flour becomes very sticky when heated and has a uniquely chewy texture. Glutinious rice is a common ingredient in dumplings and many Asian desserts. Glutinous rice flour is milled from short-grained sticky rice. It is known as \Mochiko\ in Japan and is used to make Mochi balls. The use of \glutinous\ in its name refers to the gluey consistency the flour gives to food, however the glutinous rice flour doesn\u2019t actually contain any gluten. It can be used to produce traditional Chinese New Year cakes, ready to enjoy at the start of the year.
