Fish oil concentrated (58%) (United Kingdom), gelatin (bovine), evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.) (13%), humectant: glycerol, stabiliser: sodium alginate, antioxidants: extract of rosemary (Rosmarinus o­cinalis), tocopherol-rich extract.

Directions:

Suitable for children from 5 years old and adults. Starting dose: For the first 3 months the recommended dosage is 2 capsules daily. Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or squeeze the capsule. Take the capsules at least 30 minutes before a meal. Maintenance dose: The recommended dosage is 1 capsule daily
