Beetroot Bean Burger:
Mix 1 can mashed four mixed beans, 140g cooked quinoa, 150g grated raw beet, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 65g crushed walnuts. Separately, cook 1 diced onion and 75g diced mushrooms in oil. Combine all into six patties.
Bake at 190C fan for 30-40 mins.
