Or it could be the care that goes into making every bottle. Ridge’s East Bench vineyard is planted over ancient river rock and boasts vines grown from cuttings of pre-Prohibition era vineyards. Grapes are picked by hand, and the wine is aged in air-dried American oak barrels. Every step of the process is carefully carried out to give this blend its exquisite taste.
