The Domaine d'Hondrat Cuvee Elle and Lui Rose is served in a unique glass bottle with a glass stopper. "Elle & Lui" translates from French as "she and him", expressing the love between two people, meaning this is a wine full of love and passion. The owner, Romain Vigroux has always kept in mind his great-grandfather's words, "Wine is a matter of Tradition and Family through passion", and this thesis can be felt throughout their fantastic wines. The wine is a very pale pink colour with silvery glints. It has subtle aromas of white fruits and tangerine notes on the nose. The wine has an amazing roundness, which is well-balanced by a freshness, supported by citrus zest notes on the finish.

"Domaine d'Hondrat is situated in the heart of Bassin de Thau in Languedoc-Roussillon. The adventure of their family-owned domaine began in 1891 under the impulse of Basile Vigroux, Romain Vigroux's great grandfather. Today, Romain manages Domaine d'Hondrat.
Five generations of wine growers have contributed to developing the richness of their vineyards. Firmin, Jean, Rene, Michel, Jean-Marie and Roger have continuously expanded their vineyards from 4 to 80 hectares up until the year of 2016.
Since the beginning, their love for their vineyards has made them experts in winegrowing that has been transmitted from father to son for over five generations. Their great care of the grapes and professionalism has resulted in an excellent quality product that has evolved through five generations of wine lovers. Every day, Romain Vigroux wakes up and his first action is to walk through his vineyards; his grapes are his passion and his life."
