Preparation and Usage
It's absolutely fine (and quick) to cook from frozen - just allow a further 1 minute cooking time.

Instructions
Hob - From Chilled. 1. Allow approximately 150g pasta per person. Simply boil in a pan of lightly salted water for 3 minutes.2. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce.

Cherry Tomato, Rocket & Fusilli Salad with Herb DressingServes 21 (300g) Pack of Ugo Thrive Fusilli10g Fresh coriander leaves10g Fresh basil leaves5g Fresh oregano leaves1 Garlic clove1 Tablespoon lemon juice65g Mayonnaise60g Extra-virgin olive oil70g Fresh rocket leaves225g Cherry tomatoes halved1/2 Small red onion, finely dicedHow to Make it1 Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack, drain, rinse under cold water and transfer to a large bowl.2 Using a blender combine the coriander, basil, oregano and garlic, pulse until coarsely chopped. Add the mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.3 Toss the fusilli with the rocket, tomatoes, red onion and the herb dressing. Season the pasta salad with salt and pepper and serve.
