The De Cecco couscous is produced by selecting the best raw materials and the use of advanced technologies, thus ensuring the quality that has always distinguished the brand De Cecco.It's ideal as first course and for salads, with vegetables, legumes, meat and fish.


Preparation and Usage
Preparation suggestion (1 serving)70 g of Cous Cous De Cecco, 110 ml of water, 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a pinch of salt (1 g)Boil water in a saucepan and add saltWhen the water boils turn off the heat and pour the olive oil onAdd the Couscous and mixWait for 5 minutes keeping on mixing with a fork to separate the grainsCover and let it stand for 5 minutesAdd the seasoning you prefer and serveCooking time: 5 min.

Cous Cous with artichokes and seafoodIngredients for 4 ServingsCooking and preparation time 30 Minutes500 g of mussles200 g of Cous Cous De CeccoChervil300 g of clams3 cloves garlicWhite wine to taste12 prawns1 bunch of parsleySalt and pepper to taste8 medium-sized artichokesExtra Virgin Olive OilDe Cecco "Pregiato"Put the Cous Cous De Cecco in a bowl, pour over the hot broth of the previously prepared and shelled seafood and two tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil De Cecco "Pregiato". Mix everything and let it settle for 10 min.Meanwhile, saute the prawns in a pan with a little olive oil, add the shelled mussels and clams, previously prepared artichokes, parsley and finally add the Cous Cous. Mix well, garnish with a few leaves of chervil and serve.
