Barbecue - Chargrill over low embers with the lid on until cooked through, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Oven - Preheat oven to 180C (160C gas/gas mark 4). Season with salt then place in roasting tin in oven for 50 mins until cooked through, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes.
Wash hands, knives and surfaces before and after preparing raw chicken.Instructions
