Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. For perfectly cooked chicken, our head chef recommends roasting: Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan/Gas mk 4). Rub with oil and season. Place breasts in a roasting tin in the centre of the oven for 15-20 minutes, until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes. Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw chicken.
