To this pasta made from durum wheat semolina we added about 30% of legumes (red lentils). The lentils seem to be the oldest cultivated legume, whose origins date back to 7000 BC. Instructions
Hob - From Ambient. Bring 1 liter of salted water per 100g of pasta to boil.Stir it and cook "al dente" according to the cooking time.Drain it and flavour with your favourite sauce.
