Our delicious wholewheat couscous is made in France from organic semolina.

We started with a liking for sandals, tie-dyed T-shirts and a belief that food should only be grown as nature intended. Convinced that there must be people who think the same way, we set out to find them. Some people called us crazy but that didn't stop us. Today, lots of people share our beliefs and we continue to work with passionate people all over the world to produce some of the best organic food there is.

A staple in middle eastern cuisine, it is quick and easy to prepare - use a ratio of 1 cup of boiling water to one cup of couscous, add a knob of butter and leave to stand for 5 minutes - fluffing with a fork occasionally. For extra flavour, use vegetable stock instead of water.
Couscous is an excellent accompaniment to chicken and lamb dishes, as well as making a great alternative to rice salad.
