You Will Need...
60g tahini, 30g Greek style plain yogurt or dairy-free alternative, 10ml extra virgin olive oil, 35ml cold water, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 10g honey, 1 garlic clove very finely chopped, cracked pepper and sea salt to taste.
Method
1. Combine all the dressing ingredients apart from the water in a small bowl. Slowly add the water, until creamy in consistency.
2. Drizzle the dressing over a salad or roasted vegetables.Package Type
