Cook's tipsFor a more luxurious stuffing add sausage meat to the mix before baking.Sage & Onion StuffingServes 4Preparation: 10 minsCooking: 25 minsIngredients1 x 125g packet sage & onion stuffing mix50g butter200ml boiling waterMethodPreheat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 61. Empty contents of the sachet into a bowl.2. Add 200ml of boiling water with 1/2 of the butter and mix well. Allow to stand for 5 mins.3 Place the stuffing in a greased ovenproof dish. Dot the remaining butter over the top.4. Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown. Alternatively roll into balls and bake for 20 mins or until golden brown.
