Recipe SuggestionPiri Piri chicken skewersYou will need35g sachet seasoning6 skinless & boneless chicken thighs2 tbsp olive oilMethod1. Preheat your oven to 190°C/ Fan 170°C / Gas 5.2. Dice each chicken thigh into 4 pieces and mix well with the piri piri rub in a bowl.3. Arrange the chicken pieces onto 4/5 skewers.4. Place on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and cook for 25 - 30 mins.5. Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving.Serving SuggestionSprinkle over chips or potato wedges. Add to butter and stir through prawns. Combine with mayonnaise to make piri piri coleslaw.
