Recipe SuggestionKorean BBQ Steak Taco with Sour CreamServes: 4Prep Time: 15 mins (if marinating, 1hr 15mins)Cooking Time: 10-15 minsYou will need3 ribeye steaks1 jar Korean BBQ paste1 pot sour cream1 pack (8) soft taco2 avocados, crushed2 baby gem, shredded1 small bunch coriander, roughly choppedMethod1. Coat the steaks in 2/3 jar of paste, (for best results marinate for 1hr) then pan-fry to your liking.2. Combine 4 tbsp of sour cream with 1/3 jar of paste and mix thoroughly.3. Heat up a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and warm up the taco 1 min each side (or heat as per pack instructions).4. Spread the crushed avocado onto the tacos, top with shredded baby gem, sliced steak, sour cream & chopped coriander.5. Serve with accompaniments of your choice, wedges, fries, salad.
