Preparation and Usage
Step 1: oven Preheat the oven to 200C, 190C fan assisted, Gas mark 6. Brown the mince and onions in a large pan. Drain excess fat.
Step 2: measuring jug Blend the contents of sachet with the water and stir into the mince, add the carrots and peas. Bring to the boil , stirring continously, then transfer to an ovenproof dish.
Step 3: oven Spoon the mashed potato over the mince and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 4: plate/knife/fork Enjoy with seasonal vegetables.

1 sachet Colman's Shepherd's Pie Seasoning Mix
450g lean mince
1 large onion, diced
2 carrots, sliced
175g frozen peas (optional)
700g cooked mashed potato
300ml cold water
Directions:
Fry It
1. Brown the mince and onion in a pan.
Season It
2. Mix the Colman's seasoning with water and add to the pan. Add the carrots and peas and bring to the boil.
Bake It
3. Place into an ovenproof dish. Spoon the mash on top and bake for 30 mins. Oven 200C, fan assisted 190C, Gas 6.
