3-Step Coconut Brownie
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup unrefined coconut oil
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3L eggs
(or flax eggs if vegan)
Directions
1 Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until combined. Stir in chocolate chips if desired. 2 Spread into a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven 175C / GM4 for 25-35 minutes. 3 Leave to cool before slicing.
