To produce this Clos du Temple Rosé, Gerard Bertrand picks its grapes at sunrise and presses small bunches at low temperatures before ageing in new French oak barrels for at least six months. This preserves the freshness, flavour and aromas of the wine, which has ample notes of apricot, white peach, rose and green pepper.
